Translationary Practices
Pierre Joris and Nicole Peyrafitte will engage in a presentation of the ways in which poets & artists can draw on distant languages & traditions or invent or pretend to invent new languages so as to go beyond the limitations of their first language. The talk will include documentation of their own performance work of poetic & translationary materials.
