Her collection DARN is forthcoming from Delete Press in 2019. Her collaboration with book artist Karen Pava Randall, Full Quiver, is available from Propolis Press. Her collaborations with artist Sheila Goloborokto are featured in Talon Review v.2 n.1 and Dusie 17: The Ecopoethos Issue. A former educator, she ran the press Stockport Flats from 2006-2016. Nicole Peyrafitte is a Pyrenean-born pluridisciplinary artist whose writings, films/videos, paintings & voice-work draw on her eclectic background & the experiences of shaping identity across two continents and four languages. Latest books & projects: Landsc0pe (Plaine Page 2018) Bi-Valve, Vulvic Space | Vulvic Knowledge (Plaine Page 2016) Carnets 1 & 2 ( RedFox Press 2016-2019) Liminal Thread (Venternier 2017). In 2018 she completed Things Fall Where They Lie, an impro-cinéma-vérité documentary film. In 2017, she created Domopoetic Works, a three-tier exhibition of art- and video-works at the Galerie Simoncini in Luxembourg, with her husband & often-times collaborator Pierre Joris. We started the year “en fanfare” with a short installment of a new Domopoetic-Karstic-Action, “Two, Zero, One, Nine: a line, a cave, a hand, a song” at the 45th Annual New Year’s Day Marathon Benefit Reading for The Poetry Project.
