Grâce à Gérard, je découvre aujourd’hui ton blog…
A l’époque, tu portais mes jeans ramenés par mon oncle des Etat-Unis, t’en souviens-tu ?
J’avais eu de tes nouvelles par une amie qui tenait une crêperie à Luchon. Nos filles étaient internes au lycée Cantau d’Anglet (64).
J’habite à Mont de Marsan dans les Landes.
C’est magique de te revoir dans tes vidéos ! Je te reconnais bien, tu n’as pas changé !
Tant de souvenirs me reviennent… Nous en avons fait de belles toutes les deux !

Je voulais juste t’envoyer un petit bonjour ( je n’ai trouvé que le moyen du commentaire de blog), et te souhaiter beaucoup de succès, et de bonheur dans tes aventures poétiques, musicales et culinaires. Je vis à Oloron Ste Marie (64) où, cela ne peut t’avoir échappé, se déroule chaque année, la Garburade, un concours très très sérieux… Si tu venais par hasard y bousculer la nomenklatura culinaire locale à grands coups de rimes, préviens-moi, je cours pour le spectacle! Tu as mon mail, je serais ravi d’avoir un petit mot de toi, même si j’ai déjà découvert beaucoup sur ton blog. Adishat.

l’excellent reportage de ce dimanche sur la “Depêche du Midi”, publie une excellente photo de toi dans ce concours de lancer de béret.

When my kids where young they called confit “fast food”. I often kept a pot in the fridge and they would pull out a leg and make themselves dinner (or snack and eat it cold) in a flash!

What a delightful story! I think you must have meant 1/2 cup of armagnac (as in your recipe) for the flambe part….I think calvados would be divine! Yum, indeed….
