		<description>The original &#039;beers&#039; are probably closer to Makgeolli or Sake, and the &#039;bread&#039; used to make the drink was probably close to nuruk or koji, which contained an enzyme which would cause the yeast to ferment into alcohol rather than just rising and souring.</description>
