		<description>I think I made a special request for a mussels dish a few weeks ago, thanks! I&#039;ll try this as soon as I can.  The video is grand. It looks very simple to prepare.  I didn&#039;t know about the mud thing.  It&#039;s never come up when I&#039;ve steamed mussels before.  But most mussels these days in the US come from farms, and who knows if they let them play in the mud.</description>
