The best Huaraches in Los Angeles are at Gorditas Lupita on Eagle Rock Blvd. and Ave. 34. That's a big statement, but you must try them to really know that what I'm stating is correct! Handmade Huarache with your choice of meat, nopales en salsita colorada, queso mexicano, tasty frijolitos refritos, traditional vegetables and the best salsa Habanera to top it off, their prices are extremely reasonable and their food is all delicious. Did I mention it is a catering truck and the family who runs it is from Michoacan Mex., the food is better than any restaurant in this area of Los Angeles, try their quesadillas too, you'll think you died and went to heaven.
